I absolutely love the way this looks, but I'm not sure how practical this would be. How would you access the books in the top right corner of the bookshelves (above the bottom of the stairs)? There's no way you could have a library ladder, even a regular ladder would be tricky with the stairs in the way...
Very good point. I loosely thought about it but didn't think long enough to realize that it would take a very creatively installed ladder to make books accessible.
I guess the top right is the "time out corner" for unloved books?!?
A me place: A place for me to write out my thoughts and save all sorts of eye candy that inspires me, a place for me to track my life and it's happenings, my "design journal" for figuring out my likes, and most importantly, a place for me to zone out and just enjoy.
