KitchenAid has an Oven with Steam-Assist Technology. I don't attempt artisan breads on a regular basis, but knowing that I wouldn't have to keep spraying the sides of my oven and refreshing pans of hot water would make me happy.

Me. A few times a year. I assume the question was meant to mock me :)
I absolutely love my kitchenaid steam oven. It is the bigger freestanding range with 6 burners. (And I only make Artisan bread a few times a year!). It works great for baking many types of food, souffles, breads, cakes, etc.
